3. Fees and Payments

Service fees are communicated before work begins and are separate from government filing fees, embassy charges, and third-party costs. Payment terms will be agreed upon in writing before services commence.

We treat your personal information and application documents as confidential and use them solely for the purpose of providing our services, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we apply professional care and expertise, we are not liable for decisions made by immigration authorities, processing delays beyond our control, or outcomes resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
